When it comes to fire safety and protecting lives and assets, one of the best line of defence is a fire extinguisher. However, with so many available in the market; how do we know which one is suitable for your needs? In addition to choosing the right type of extinguisher, you need to make sure that the correct weight is selected as using the wrong extinguisher is deemed ineffective, and sometimes even dangerous.

It is vital that you possess the knowledge to operate a fire extinguisher in the case of an emergency. Last year alone, there were 1,799 firs in Singapore, more fire-related deaths and a spike in vehicle fires: SCDF, resulting in millions of damage.

Are your fire extinguishers supplied ready for use?

All of our extinguishers are ready to use. If you are a business you need to be compliant with BS5306:3 2009. This recommends that new fire extinguishers should be subject to an initial service (commissioning) on site and immediately prior to installation.

Can we rent out an extinguisher?

Our fire extinguishers cannot be rented and are for purchasing only.

I need to make a complaint, how do I do this?

I don’t know how to use an extinguisher? Do you provide fire extinguisher training?

Yes, we are the only company in Singapore to provide complimentary fire extinguisher training. Please contact us to find out the next available slot. We provide large group trainings for businesses and companies too.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary on the delivery method. We provide both next day courier services and standard delivery which will take 3-5 working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

What are my delivery options?

Free delivery for S$150 and above
S$15 flat rate islandwide delivery (3-5 working days)
S$35 next day courier service

Is self pick up available?

Yes, self pickup option is available (min. 1 working day in advance).

My Orders

Can I track my order?

On the day of despatch, most couriers will text you with a tracking number. For inhouse deliveries, our driver will drop you delivery updates. This can be requested by emailing us or by giving us a call.

How do I place an order?

You may place your order online through our website, or over the phone at +65 6353 3371.

Do you have a minimum order?

There is no minimum order.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us.

Refunds and Returns

How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item, you will have to email in to cs@firestore.com.sg with your order number and the item(s) that you wish to return within 7 days of receipt. If you have used the item, it can only be returned if the item is faulty.

I have returned my order, will you refund my delivery?

Unfortunately we do not refund delivery costs.

How long will it take to process refunds?

Refunds will be processed within 30 days upon confirmation by Fire Store.
